Technical Assessment
Before production begins, the engineering team at Shenzhen Jinyihe Technology (JYH) performs a thorough technical review of your part design. This includes evaluating materials, surface finishes, structural integrity, machining processes, and all critical details in your 2D and 3D drawings. Material Verification
Upon request, we provide full material certification from the raw material manufacturer. These reports typically include the heat number, material grade, dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical composition—ensuring complete transparency and traceability.

In-Production
On-Site Inspection System

Full-Dimensional Inspection Report
A full-dimensional inspection report is available upon request for every order. This includes part quantity, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thickness and depth measurements, and overall appearance verification to confirm that each component meets your exact specifications.
Packaging
To ensure every part reaches you in perfect condition, our commitment to quality continues beyond production. Because logistics can be unpredictable, we follow a controlled packaging procedure using four layers of protection—wrapping paper, EPE, protective foam, and a durable paper or wooden box. This standardized approach minimizes risks during transit and guarantees safe, reliable delivery.
